It’s photographic Friday again. But there is actually not much new scenic stuff to show as I am locked away in front of screens, juggling codecs, subclips and sequences – in other words: editing a rough cut of The Island Bus.
That is: of course there is lots of scenic stuff – but that goes into the edit. As a surrogate, here is what many of you might imagine my work to be like:
The reality looks a bit less colourful, but don’t let that get in the way of a good imagination.
Editing is also not a time for many words but for Colours, Shapes, Sounds and Movement as mentioned before.
In contrast to being out in the field (or on the road) editing can be a bit of a lonely business – if it wasn’t for good friends keeping you company and making sure you don’t overwork.
So my apologies for being a tad taciturn – I promise the rough cut will speak volumes!
